Hi,

I'm wondering if anyone knows of a resource for finding the general sentancing that goes on in a case in Canada. Curious as to what the realistic penalties would be. I realize there are a lot of factors, but any info appreciated.

Do a search for Canada laws. You might find something....I'm not too sure where you would find your info. And yes it depends on allot of things. But if your only growing one or two plants for your self, then I would't worry about it too much. Just keep it to your self.
