Losing my plants after dumping several hundred dollars left me in misery and joy.
Obviously losing the plants to my feline furrrrrrball stung a bit but there was also the feeling of relief as I was no longer cultivating and subject to criminal prosecution.

After thinking about how to start over the decision was difficult but obvious. "DO NOT" Due to my illness any time in jail could be a life sentance as I was diagnosed with Non-Large Cell Carcinoma two days before the new year. It is rather strange perhaps phychotic but I was more upset about the plants than finding out I had Cancer.

My friends got together and decided they would take care of that department keeping me out of harms way.

I find the subject and plant facinating because I have had every medication shoved down my throut and arms from the "worlds best pharmaceutical minds" with little to no relief.

I tryed smoking during high school and college for some for kicks but that was the extent of it. Believe it or not it was my doctor that told me to "try some reefer" as he put it and I did. The healing power of the magic plant did more for me than any pill ever could and at a fraction of the cost. Not having insurance coverage at 30 years of age is not uncommon.
So my life savings is shot enjoy what I have now everyone said. This brings me to the actual topic.

Am I or should it be said, are all of us breaking the law in some way by discussing growing techniques of an illegal substance. This may sound like a idiotic question but are we not conspiring with each other in a way.

I have grown (pun intended) somewhat fond of HC.com and several of it's members. I would like to continue to help others the way I was just a short month ago when I became a member. Even though my knowledge is limited I have learned a great deal here.

I would not stop posting no matter the penalty. The laws in Florida are: if you and I decided to or discussed growing 1 plant we are conspiring to cultivate. (felony) Even if we had not touched soil we are violating State and Federal law. (I think)

Although no two people are actually working together on one plant at HC it could be argued that we are in cahoots.

Just trying to understand the terrain which we are currently deployed for lack of a better term.

I currently reside in Florida GG. Jeb would rather I be a Corpse then a Terminally Ill Medical Patient using MJ to to remove a few nails from my coffin. So the answer to your question is no. I moved a short time ago from Cal and may return if federal legislation is passed.

Damn I wish I had some now.

Hay Mr M, sorry to hear about your situation I'm glad to hear that you like it here so much though, I do too
I don't think your in any violation for posting your ideas on the boards at HC.Com. If that's the case, then they would have to take the 8000+ other people that post/or have posted and do the same to them also....(what ever they would do??)

My wife and I moved out of Florida when old Jeb came in just as we will probably move to Canada if Dubya gets elected pres.

It was I guess a dumb aas question the more I think about it. So I will rephrase it.

Has anyone in the US ever been convicted for conspiracy to cultivate due to message/chat rooms?

I have searched all the usual suspets i.e. M.com and CT@M.com also PlanetMarijuana.Com
(Just extreemly curious I guess)
