Some varieties smell very strongly at 4 weeks of age, and some never develop an odor.

I just transplanted 4 14-16" plants yesterday to go into flowering. As I was moving them around, they most definitely gave off that pleasing aroma. So, even in vegatative state, there will be some degree of odor. In flower, My widow stinks to high heaven, while my northern lights hardly has any smell. If you are concerned about odor, stay away from skunk!!!!!
