People can argue about the security risks of growing ganja until the cows come home but there is only 100% surefire way to escape the security worry. Move to Afghanistan! I was over there on a business trip last year and a border guard informed me that alcohol consumption was punishable by public stoning but weed is 100% legal and widely available in markets and shops. There are no laws governing weed in Afghanistan and is the only place I can think of to grow with no risk! Lets start mass migration and revolt against the societies that prevent the enjoyment of an ancient tradition!
