![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I'm really surprised no one has mentioned the vaportec and vaportronic! These things really destroy the odor and are essentially silent. Also the vaportronic runs on D batteries, that way you're not left high and dry in a power outtage. Vaportec4000 covers 20,000ft2, and vaportronic does 10,000! Because of the power issue I like the vaportronic, MUCH cheaper too. P.S. good idea on the ONA water crystal idea ![]()

IMO i feel placing an odor covering agent inside an op could potentially spread the odor onto the precious flowers... cant be havin that! all i have is a carbon filter inside my room... ive got an ionic breeze outside the door, and the ONA gel tub in my garage... parents and friends have been over and they have no idea whatsoever!

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | bryansm heh you wouldnt wanna come here then, i can only find 20w here tops. i use no odor control, i have papaya and early bud and both (3 plants) dont really smell like mj at all, early bud is rather fruity and the papaya is rather niceley weird, smells sometimes like dark chocolate and sometimes like chocolate coffee, more like coffee tho. barely a hint of mj in the smell, my room smells more just a greenhouse with some exotic plants and even that smell, well i aint noticing it today for example. its only when i brush the plants or put my sniffer in real close, when i smell em. i was paranoid as heck first, but after i smelled them coming into flowering i went huh!? oh, hmmm, eh thats not so bad and thought no more about odor control. hehehe i just hope they dont supersmell them selves one day and bite me in the ass ![]()

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Im gowin in 1 of my bathrooms and venting to the outside with a fan blowing across the tops of the plants.I also have a fan blowing in from my bedroom for fresh air.Just outside is my garden and I plant plenty of sweet-peas and stalk. They are very sweet smelling flowers.Inside I use plug-ins and sprays and candles. So far so good.Currently growing double strawberry diesel and from what I hear that is going to be a real odor challenge. ![]()

I've been growing for a while and have always been a little paranoid about odor but never enough to do anything about it I guess. Recently that has changed though and I am in the dark a little about what to do. I've know all about carbonaire filters but they are somewhat pricey. There are also these ODOR-SOK AIR FILTERS that I have noticed and they are much cheaper. Which one will work better, I'm pretty sure I know the answer already but I wonder if anyone has used the Odor-Soks before? or possibly knows how effective either of these would be for venting a poly lined box room aprx. 4' x 5' x 7'? I appreciate the help...'

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I researched odor-soks over at icmag.com. The consensus was not unanimous in either direction (+/-) so that's kind of a thumbs down in my book. Stay away from aquarium type activated carbon, it's more for liquids, whereas non-aquarium or vapor phase carrbon is for filtering air. Also a good pre-filter will help your carbon last longer.. htgsupply.com has some good combo deals on inline fans and filters
