![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | You could make the box with wood, but a sturdy cardboard box is just as good.... filled with packing peanuts and foam bits, .... which does work to an extent, but also makes the fan unit a lot bigger, so if your tight on space, it's not always practicle.

![]() | I was thinking of a box to sit the fan in, which is framed with 2x2 and plywood walls. Then use some sort of foam in a can, insultaing foam spray into the box as a 2 inch layer, then lay the fan in, attach the in and out hoses, and then fill the whole box and engulf the entire fan in the foam.... i gotta make a diagram or somefin ![]() | ||
