i was browsing the net and come across some seed selling sites like seeds direct are these places for real. can some one tell me if they have purchased seeds from these places and if it was worth it

I've dealt with seedsdirect and it was definitely worth it ...be careful with sites that you don't hear recommended, there's a lot of scams out there. Seedsdirect and Heavens Stairway are the most recommended dealers.

so what is the best way to get seeds in the US of A? should i just take seeds out of dime bags, take a road trip to canada, or somthing else?

I really wouldn't suggest trying to get stuff across the US border right now... they're a little tense.

I had good results with a seedbank- Seeds Direct. Actually, I haven't heard anything bad about them yet. Surf around this forum, then go to a seedbank website, do some research, and decide if you want to do it. I've had no regrets.

Either order to a PO box or order to a friends house and pick them up. Just anywhere but your grow site!

But if they get caught in customs could you get in a lot of trouble if you get them ordered to your house? (How much do P.O. boxes cost? can you rent them for just a couple weeks?)
