I second rapunzel, I ordered seeds from HS in my own name
and they arrived promptly a few weeks ago
I have one of those Post Office Agencies where everyone there knows everyone who lives around here, turned out well but I have to admit it was one huge boo boo on my part when ordering
(first time at the medium too<)sheepish smile> so read the instructions carefully before sending your payment...you should be just fine.
Think...backlog/logjam of mail...letters get no heat...we better all hope our postal workers and govt agencies are waaay busy with bigger packages, you dig?

Glad to hear that orders are still getting though!! I still have 20 seeds to get into the ground! My first grow is about 3 weeks from harvest (bagseed) and my second is 3 weeks into flowering (PPP and Nirvana mixed).

Just read in the news that an envelope with anthrax was sent to and received today at Senate Majority Leader Thomas Daschle's office in Washington, DC. This will probably mean that a lot of mail is going to be under scrutiny. If you haven't sent away for seeds yet, it might be a good time to wait. Otherwise you might be throwing away your money.

This is exactly why I haven't sent for any myself. The anthrax scares will certainly draw more attention to international mail (I know...the letters came from inside the states...but).

So if anyone does take the risk (mind you, I wouldn't)...please help out those of us who really want some superior genetics. Let us know if they're still getting through.

I seen on the news that they USPS and UPS is going to keep most mail that doesn't have return addresses on them, mail that says "resident" or doesn't have a name for the person receiving, blah blah blah...anything that doesn't look normal...so i suggest you just tell them ur first initial and last name...or just a nick name or something made up, just as long as it's a full name...

if all else fails, don't have seeds sent when you have a previous grow in progress...wait until it's done and store your equipment until you get ur seeds...that way if they are found in the mail, you can deny ordering or sending off for them...there is no proof that you did it, so there should be no worry...

I still plan on putting my order in for BlueBerry, Afghani, Northern Lights, Chronic, and Big Bud after my one bag seed plant is done...

Good point, HoffmanGrad. Anyone know what mailing address can be used? Can I get them sent to my work address, or to my PO Box? Which is safer?
