Here's my first seedbank review. It's not a nice one. I'm looking for a better place o finally actually get seeds from this time. No details spared. In my opinion someplace dishonest about one thing ill likely be that way for many other things! Guess the good prices are too good to be true. __________________ Hi, I have a review for Nirvana cannabis and marijuana seeds I ordered from this seed shop over a month ago. They had good prices, nice website, and took credit cards... which some people like. :-)They have credit card logos for Visa, Am Ex, Master C, Diners Club, Discover at the bottom of every single webpage and their payment page gladly excepts all of the above. The system was difficult and I had to resort to a back up card to get payment to work. I ordered abut 100Euro of seeds and quickly received a confirmation email for my order. Not a peep of a problem. I then forgot about it for a while... a month, then realized no seeds showed up. This is Europe to Europe a few hours away! I look in my email, nothing. I then attempt to find a way to contact customer service. It was not easy and called a "ticket" and you have to register first (already was since I ordered from them), not a place to get a real human, ever. When I logged in, I saw that my order was refunded. No explanation, not even a courtesy email or statement. No phone number or contact info, just their bank info of course. Yeah refunded, still doesn't make this place OK. By using this hidden way to a "human" named Alice, I sent a "ticket" and actually got a reply at their leisure, from "Alice" who states they don't take credit cards and I can send cash or a transfer. There is no way to reply to this email. No phone, no call for assistance NOTHING. I immediately checked my credit card to make sure it was not charged. It was not. Here is the email response with stars to replace my name and order numbers, etc. : ___________quote___________ subject [#***-*****] Ticket replied: Why was my order refunded? # NS********* Hello ****,<br /> <br /> Sorry, our financial department does not accept your credit card<br /> payment, since they consider it to be of high risk.<br /> You can send us cash money or make a bank-transfer.<br /> <br /> Peace,<br /> Alice You can view your ticket and reply by loggin into your account and go to Help Desk. Here you can view all your tickets. - Please do NOT reply to this e-mail - Unfortunately we are temporarily unable to read e-mail send to: info@nirvana-shop.com support@nirvana-shop.com alice@nirvana-shop.com With best regards, NIRVANA SHOP __________End Quote____________ Real great communication. NOT! Here's the website with the payment info, and even the homepage with the credit card logos plastered everywhere. You will see they say the have bugs and to click for info. The info says the website is up and running with no bugs. Payment and Shipping Nirvana cannabis and marijuana seeds BTW, there is no "old shop" Either. __________________________ Buyer beware of this place! If they are as bad as they seem they best not take credit cards since CCs protect the buyer. I'm glad to still have my money! I'm still upset of a wasted month after a false order confirmation, then waiting for seeds and/ or communication. If a place lies about one thing, I would not trust anything else they have to say. Due to the legality issue, it's is a twilight world that a lot of unsscrupulous people inhabit. The nature of the beast. Thanks for the review. They took MY credit card Had my seeds in Texas in 10 days It's your high risk credit card and the reason they are cheaper...they grow their seeds, They ARE Nirvana seeds...not a ditributor of theirs they do distribute a "west coast label" supposed to be outa California

![]() | TY for the others 2 sites, i'll look at them again. I can see how this could be interpreted in different ways now. So, why would my creidt card be taken and accepted, the order confirmed by email, and then denied? What would make a CC high risk? I've had one card since 1989. It didn't work. The one I've had 10 years worked initially very easiy. If just my card is high risk, a polite why and more is expected. Both are in my name only, with good credit ratings. Why not tell me my order was refunded (not denied) after the confimation email? A simple email of error would have been a common courtasy and is expected. The lack of reliable customer service and poor communication is not cceptable from any place I order from. The CC thing is just fishy. A bank transfer would be from the same "high risk" US bank. These details can happen no matter what your pay method. Glad their seeds made it somewhere and were good and that the place is not a scam. I found only one review on them, but tried them anyway. Live and learn. | ||
