Im wondering if there is a safe way for me not to set-up a seed bank business, but to breed some varius strains, collect the mature seeds and sell them in the U.S? I would be growing outside, and I would have the "orders" sent to my P.O Box? Sounds crazy...but could it work?

Set up a hotmail account and your site. Have people request the seeds from you by writing you an email. Once the order is overseen by you. Write them back and have them pay you by a service payment request from PayPal.

They get a receipt and PayPal thinks you are providing a service. Have the monies transferred from your pay pal account into an bank account that is just for paypal ( the business ) then once a month withdrawl from that account money in the form of cash and deposit it in your real account.

Send the person the seeds in a birthday card within a dime bag ( sealed ) place a piece of fluffy fabric softner sheet in the card as well.

You get paid, money gets transferred and person gets a nice birthday card.

Sounds nice, if I did dicide to go thru with this...I'd be the KING! This is so far theorectical, how would I advertise. And how does Pay Pal work? Anybody?

paypal is very easy to use, you can go there and check it all out. i do believe though that you have to register a credit card or checking account, which may be difficult to get around, or keep your name out of.
but hey, i'm all for you getting this done.

1. You cannot breed outside, I won't even bother explaining why.
2. US mail machines smash seeds unless they are protected inside a crush-proof container.
