![]() | Thought I'd share a nice experience with anyone who might be researching buying seeds. I won the Sensi Hash Plant seeds from the Overgrow auction. Gypsy donated the seeds from his private stash. I emailed him on Sunday and did a pay-pal to him. He emailed me back Sunday and said he would send them in the morning. He did what he said, and mailed them monday and I received them today which is Saturday. So five days from Englad to Seattle and in the ground on the fifth day. Now thats the way to do business. This was my third time ordering from them and I was never disappointed. Pay-pal is much faster and cheaper too because no postage. Gotta love the net. And I don't have to worry about sending cash anylonger which is a major relief. enjoy Mr.Pot

![]() | I would like some info on how to get these seeds you got? Is it at the Overgrow Auction site? Or what site do I go to to get hooked up? ![]()

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Helo people, After a chat with the admin of this sytem it has been agreed that we generally will not post advertisements no matter how good the intentions, I know Gypsy is a great guy to do the biz with but we (yeah Im guilty of it too ) have to stop posting these seedbank hypertext URLS, post the name by all means though.Unfortunatley it is the case on these systems that sometimes threads exactly like this one are started by the seedbanks themselves, simply just to be able to mention the seedbanks name, its like a free advertisement for the seedbank. Im not suggesting that you folks are party to such nonsense though ![]() peace, OzGrowa Last edited by OzGrowa; 06-04-2001 at 02:08 AM..

![]() | Fair enough, but how are people supposed to find the information? Personally I think it's very important that newbies are pointed in the direction of suppliers (of whatever growing supplys) that members have good experience of in terms of reliability and discretion. The problem with only mentioning them by name and not url is that the inevitable follow up question is "what's the url?". On the other hand I totally take your point about threads like this being started by the seedbanks themselves, especially after re-reading it Although it's not my place to make suggestions as to how this site is run, it seems to me that the best solution to this problem would be to create a seperate forum for people to ask about suppliers and give details of their experiences whether good or bad. Just my 2 cents ![]()

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Gudday again, We can discuss the quality of the service, mention the name and have critical discussion of all aspects of seedbanks, but we should try and avoid posting the URLS's, its just to comply with the admin requests and wont hinder the discussion in any way. If people want to look for the URLS then just refer them to Google, simply type the seedbank name in and it will spit it back out at you. I have seen seperate forums that have dealt with what you suggest but they are inevitably and invariantly overrun by trolls, dodgy seedbanks...they attract trouble is a simple way to put it. If you would like to propose another forum then just post a message in the suggestions messagebase, the admin, etc would consider it as they would any suggestion. cheers, OzGrowa

![]() | courier red Hey fellows. I fixin to say something i'm sure u will disagree with and it's about the seeds. As growers for our own use, (or at leaset thats why i grow) It's of my opinion that we should be able to set up ways to send each other seeds. We could trade or swap a premier bud when they arrive. One thing i don't believe in is buying these seeds from the middle man. I would trade or give-m to a fellow grower before i would sell. You all let me know what u think.

He won the seeds from Overgrow and had to send a PayPal? Hmmm, Mr Pot? And if that last line dont sound like a credit card advertisement I dont know what does Teh best seedbank ratings are at greenmans page (he dosent sell right OzG?) or Overgrow.com has a member driven seedbank and strain ratings guide. My question is this. Every time I've ever won anything I never had to pay for something I won. Perhaps I'm over looking something and if I am would some one show me where that misstake is in my viewing?![]()

![]() | He actually says he won them in the auction, which I take to mean his was the successful bid rather than winning a competition. Even so Mr Pot and Reggie do appear like salesman and shill TBoy - trading amongst ourselves is a fine idea, however the standard of seeds from a breeder is far higher than the seeds your average grower would produce. Personally I never object to someone being paid for their work, however most of the seedbank prices are obscene and they are taking advantage of the illegal status of MJ. I mean come on $15 for a seed, that's outrageous, worth many times more than gold and they actually do grow on trees ![]()
