Talking Germination in peat pellets

Hello all!!

I am almost done with my grow room construction and I am begginning to think about germination methods. I have grown once before with ok results. My question is this. The first time I grew I used the wet paper towel method to germinate my seeds. this seemed to work ok, but I always felt like I was damaging the root structure when I peeled the seeds from the paper towel(even using tweezers) This time I would like to use the "Peat Pellet Greenhouse" to try and germinate in the expanded peat pellets. If I do germinate in the pellets, I can then just drop the whole pellet in my soil after germination and it will be fine right? I have seen several posters say they have used these but I haven't seen any feedback on the results of this method. Has anyone used the peat pellets and the papertowel method before? if so which do you prefer and why? Thanks for any input! I am looking to start my germinatin in the next several days

Good advice above, just make sure no ink.

I use peat pellets. I use them for propagation and cloning. I've used them since day 1 and have great success with 3 harvests. I'm on my #4 with 15 of 18 poppin. I'm now down to 12.

I use both methods and they work great for me.
