A quick question about germinating/seedlings

I've just popped my White Russians (Serious Seeds) into a mug of water on top of pc (nice and warm.) Gonna leave them for 12 hours and then stick them between some damp cotten wool between two plates.

Just wanted to check what is the best plan for them once their tap roots show??

I used to put them into rockwool then into seedling soil mixed with perlite but I'm thinking it might be a better idea to put them straight into the soil.

Also, how important is the perlite at this stage? I don't have any but I'm gonna have to get some quick time if I want my seedlings rooting in it. They'll just be in small plastic cups to start off with. My main vegging soil will be a premix so I won't need any for this part so you guys reckon I should get some anyway for the seedlings?

Can't remember if the seedlings need a very high humidity?
Should I treat them like clones and stick them under a humidity dome and gradually lower the humidity until they get used to it?

By the way.... I got 11 seeds from serious seeds!
Woohaa!!!

That WR is gonna be some "serious" smoke

FWIW, I put my seed once it shows tap root strait into soil mixed with added perlite. I also have em under a dome that I mist often until established roots

My seedlings always do better when i put them directly into soil.

Good Luck.

I edited your earlier post - no discussion of shipping/packaging methods, ok?

11 out of 11 have popped!!!
Soaked for 18 hours in a mug with standard mineral water then moved into wet cotton wool between two saucers. Tap roots are between .5 and 1 cm so tonight I'm gonna stick those babys in the dirt!
