Who all on here peeks at their beans when germinating, and also, who has insight on this whether it it good or bad for seeds?

Negative...... i mean pulling off the paper towel (using paper towel method) picking up the seeds and/or rotating them

oh i don't use the paper towel method. i used to use it and i would open up the paper towel to see if the seeds germinated but i didn't bother to rotate the seeds. i just plant the seeds in soil directly now, only peek if the seed is taking like a week i'll check to see what's up in there.

i peek alot, like everyday but i dont think it hurts it, might slow it down, but im not sure

peeking is fine, though i wouldnt recommend touching them with anything nonsterile
