![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Hey Everyone! I just did 6 beans of Lowryder #2 (Sat 1st), and put them directly into foxfarms soil, and 24 hours later 3 popped up, Then the rest on Monday the 3rd. I have yet to use the papertowel method, only directly to soil. I also use a heating pad, and germination tray w/dome I believe if you give them a warm/moist environment, they thrive more quickly. I also, mist the top of the soil when it dries. I have yet to do a total watering. I believe if you germinate in an environment with high humidity, and warm, moist soil, they germinate way quicker, than without. Just speaking out of experience, I also, keep a SunMaster Cfl, on them going thru the dome, so when they do pop soil, they already have light... Just wanted to share my experience. As of today all 6 beans, have sprouted and looking good. Will be transplanted end of next week into indivual pots. 1 gallon for 4 weeks, then 5 gallon for remainder, they only go 9 weeks from start to finish, so no need for a larger pot.

Now the good news.... The Skywalker baby is doing well and I have feeling it is about to really take off. I am watering once a week. I am very scarce with the water. No nutes yet, I'm too scared. The leaves are pointing up towards the light. That means they wanna be closer to light? Or are they underwatered? I'm confuzzled.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | No, they're not underwatered, they're saying "I'm loving the light, and feeding well, keep me where you got me. That's a good sign when there reaching towards the light. Just don't put them too close or they will burn. Bagseed is no different than any other seed? It's the environment that makes the difference, if you have an adaptable environment close to nature then, they will react more and grow steadily. Sounds like alls well! Happy Grow!

![]() | Never go on a treasure hunt... let them be. Wise words from Burn-z What I did is I just got a small plate and folded up paper towel until it was about five layers thick. Then I added a bit of water to make the paper towel moist.I carefully placed a couple of seeds on the paper towel, then...I got a bowl and place it over the small plate to leave it in darkness. I had to wait about 72 hours. I put the sprouted seedlings into the soil and watered them. And now 'Bob' (the best one) is looking fairly healthy ![]()
