Sorry if this is a common question...I've been away from the forum for quite some time!! I havent had the opportunity to grow in a good 4-5 years, but thats about to change in the next few months. I have some Super Silver Haze, Black Widow, and Bubblegum seeds (from Heaven's Stairway -rip. ) that have been kept vacuum sealed in a cool, dark place for about 5 years now...do you guys think they will still be viable?Any tips for trying to germinate a seed that's been in storage for that long? Thanks! A204

5 years shouldnt be too much of a stretch then...I have ~10 seeds for each strain. The Super Silver Haze and Black Widow are still in the original packaging.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | a few years ago i was gifted 25 seeds. they were about five years old at the time, i couldn't get 1 to germ. have no clue how the seeds were stored before they got to me. sounds like you stored them good so i bet you do better than me. good luck

I have a bunch of bag seeds that have been stored the same amount of time - I suppose I could experiment with them until I (hopefully) find the best technique for germinating older seeds.
