| you can put either sprouted seeds into rockwool or you can just put a seed in there. rockwool is a spongy fibrous material that can purchased at just about any flower/plant shop. rockwool info here

| rockwool cubes can be purchased at any Hydro store... you can put seeds or seedlings or clones into rockwool... I personally don't like it, but lots of folks swear by it. | ||

| it can be used for insulation, however, it is not the typical Owens Corning fiberglass insulation. It is pretty much covered in the link I gave ya. Good Luck on you search!

| Do folks put their new seedlings under full lights? Or under flourscent grow tubes - or whatever. If I grow, I won't be starting up my hydro system for a couple of more weeks so my big light will be available. I don't want to burn the tender little things and yet at the same time, I don't want stretch. Thanks! | ||
