Thats why I'm reluctant to drop a lot of cash on seeds. My margin for error is to close. My plan is to bagseed it until I grow some killer and then just clone.

ya something came out. the seed cracked open and a white colored root came out. only instead of growing down into the soil, it looks as though it aint growing at all. sorry no pics , i kno theyd be useful. the only reason im concerned is that two of the seeds have sprouted and the first two leaves are present and stem growing out of dirt on those two are around two inches. what i would consider normal growth. i understand that not all 12 would be viable, but i never seen the first white root pop out of seed casing and then stop.

Just be patient, my chrystalt took like 12 days to get going....make sure they are in a warm moist environment and as your medium dries out a tad, roots will go looking for moisture...

No help, but I just had that happen with Cherry Malawi, I've had 26 out of 26 bought seeds sprout in the past, but was hard pressed to get 4 germed out of 10 with this strain. Seeds were all dark and healthy, popped after a 24 hour soak, but like you, after they got 1/2' tails, they just stopped. They also didn't seem to sense gravity, didn't automatically grow down. I did everything the same as in the past, maybe its a genetic thing, I dunno. After a couple weeks the tails were yellow and drying up.
