Moisture is definitely forming on the wrap. Oh yeah...and they are in a flat and sitting on a plant propagation warming pad.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Got it. Thanks, underarock. It makes sinse. Perfect sinse. Actually, I guess it would be similar to the same principle for cloning Keep 'em moist but let 'em come lookin' for it.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Sounds good. I will add one thing, whenever I place my seedlings directly onto my propagating mat, it cooks the shit out of them. Not sure if mine is a piece of crap, or if that is common, but it happens everytime for mine. I usually just raise it off it an inch and it solves the problem.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | fuck a propagating matt! out here in the real world the earth is almost always cooler than the air...guess that depends on the time of year though. i feel as long as the environment they are in is controlled properly you wont need all those gizmos. i never put seeds/seedlings in a humidity dome. i rarely put clones in a humidity dome if i need to add humidity to my old cloner i just stuck skewer sticks in the corners and saran wrapped it. otherwise if you want a giant humidity dome go to wally world. sterilite containers are clear. come in every shape and size... they make the perfect cloners/propogaters/domes whatever. they are DIY fodder for sure. | ||

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I agree with ya, for seedlings and clones, the mat usually isn't needed. But if i didn't use a humidity dome for my clones, they would be dead for sure. The humidity where I have my clones is about 20%, they wilt and die without the dome.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Well, I guess I can only speak for what works for me. If I had 20% RH for my clones, they would be laid over in no time. Mine almost always root with in a week, so thats good enough for me. Not gonna fuck with whats not broken.
