Can someone suggest a good humidity dome setup. All I can find by my house are the real cheap ones. I am looking for on that is tall enough to support the solo cups and the plant growth. Another issue with what I have found around here. The are not very high. Thanks Dave

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | is this for clones? call me a cheap ass, but i take a white 5 gallon bucket, put a few inches of perlite in the bottom, and set my clones on it. i then just put saran wrap over the top, and set a flouro tube on it. works great.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | You can also use clear plastic drinking cups.. Just put em over the plant... Bigger the plant the bigger the cup.. You can get a crapload of different sizes from the dollar store as well as different colors.. Drill a hole through the bottoms (which will be the top once its over the plant) for some air exchange.. works well! =) Good luck DD| ![]()

with the clear lids that come with the aluminum foil pans I have about 9 inches of height that' enough for the 1.5 cube and 7 inches of plant In this shot..blueberry seeds in cubes suspended on a oven rack on top of tub 1/2 of water in tub sitting on a heating pad when plants emerge...heating pad goes away as does the rack If the tub is deep enough...the clear cover could even be flat

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | i sometimes cut off half of 2l sodabottles *plastic* , stick the knife in it couple place for venting. then stick it in the soil of the pot. 1 for each plant, the pot a little wider than the bottletop. 1 l and 1/2 l could be used to, but i never have those around ![]()

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Actually, I'm interested in the question of "domes" or whatever while germing a seed. I sowed my seeds directly to Rapid Rooters last night and currently have them covered with saran wrap...is this cool? or do they do better with "fresh air?" Thanks.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Just wondering, did you put the saran wrap directly onto the rapid rooters, or did you cover a container, containing the Rapid Rooters with Saran wrap?
