| Nice! I use the same method practically. I just bury them so they are even with the medium. just a tad lower than urs. always works great for me too. Thanks for the informative post Maven!! | ||

Never seen rockwool done, so i can now imagine how many plants have died from being planted too deep. lol Very nice photography too. nigel

I still think I like it to push through a bit of dirt after sprouting personally...if it doesn't make it, it wasn't strong enough for me to begin with. plus the shell comes off a lot of times by itself for me if planted under dirt. but for rockwool, this method is golden. may have to give it a whirl just to have some crash helmet sprouts. haha, that made me laugh. great post Maven | |||
