Which way do I plant the seeds up where the point is or down from the point?

This is one subject for which you should NOT check the grow guide. It is wrong. You plant the seeds with the "grow tip" down because it sprouts the root. If you want to make sure, sprout the seeds in a moist paper towel and see where the root comes out, then put the seed in the ground with the root facing down.
