Ok first off I would like to say I am a pot head okay and I want to find out some things right fast first off in the USA can you buy seeds online and not get busted ? And then if so from where?

Yes, you can buy seeds from on-line companies and not get busted. When packaged with good stealth it's pretty difficult for customs to detect a seed shipment. But for safety's sake it's probably a very good idea to have your seeds sent to either a P.O. box under a fake name or to the house of a trusted non-smoking friend (under fake name) that wouldn't have anything incriminating around if the cops did search the place.

He lists some reliable seed banks and also lists some rather notorious rip-offs.

I had good success with Seeds Direct. It came fast with excellent stealth and it was in the original pack from the Dutch Passion breeders. Your milage may vary.
