Everyone is talking about 6 to 8 weeks before your plants are mature!!!
I grow in front of my window, and I planted my seeds (sativa) 6/7 weeks ago. My biggest is now almost 19 inch, but they don't look very mature.
Somebody has an explaination ???

c-boy...

First, you'll have to explain what do you mean by "...they don't look very mature."

I was hopping you would say that

Any way you can explain me how do you think they show sex????

OK c-boy here's the deal;
You have 3 ways of sexing your plants:

1- Your plants will flower antecipating the winter comming, so any time you drop them to 12/12 (light/dark)for about 1/2 weeks, they will show sex.

2- Many Canabis plants will show preflowers about about the 5/7 internode at 8 weeks old, some a bit latter (get yourself a 10x magnifier).

3- You can always wait for mother nature to work by itself.

By do way, i do have an explanation... you didn't read the grow guides, do it!

I've already read a few growing guides, but
most guides are for when you grow with lights and other professional materials. I don't and I was wondering if the plants will follow the same proces...

You're at home c-boy;

During almost 6 months, i did the same as you, the process is the same.

Maturation, is not the same as sexing, your plants will be mature when the set of leaves start growing alternate...
For sexing the answer is in the post before this one.

Hope things to go well for you...
