Hi Everyone!

I was trying to germinate two kinds of seeds at the same time:
Seeds I bought from a seed bank, and some seeds my friend and I found in our smoking stash. How come the seeds I bought from the the seed bank germinated within two days and the ones I found haven't germinated yet (it has been TWO WEEKS!!).

Can someone please explaine to me WHY?
Are we even suppose to grow the seeds from the stash?
I tried the trick of pinching it between my thumb and finger.. it didn't crack.

HELP!!
