Somethings wrong with my seeds I think! 8 seeds-- NONE have germinated in 2 days so far....any thoughts/ideas?

Dont worry about the brown stuff on 2 of them-- that was an experiment I was trying...doesnt seem to have made a diffrence though.

First , I hope you are keeping the seeds covered to keep them moist and second, I have has seeds that didn't germinate for 4 or 5 days.

| Yeah they are being kept moist-- I just showed a pic so you could see what I was germinatng in. Whats the best tempature to put them in? I'll keep them germinating in the meanwhile-- after say 2 weeks if I dont see anything then i'll consider the seeds bad.

Hi, I covered mines up and put them in a germinator with a fish tank heater.. about 23Deg C... Keep them warm.. or on top of a VCR?? Open them once or so a day... damn im just a newbie, talking like a pro.. lol... Mines germinated in 2days, seeds from Sensi. Regards, KARIUS | ||

| germinate them if the seeds are dark, they look like immature whiish seads.... u want them to be resting on a papper towel with a bit of water on it, so its damp. sit them in a decore container or somthing that is air tight, im not sure about the light tight issue so dont worrie about that. now rest them on your computer screen at the back where its warm. wait a day or so ...presto. my bag seed took less then 24 hours to hatch,

| Don't fret!!! Mine took quite a few days and now I have cute little spouts shooting out!! I will be getting some planters and some soil ready tomorow. Hang in there. What seemed to help for me is I put them in a sealed tuperware dish and put it on my sterio. It is just enough heat. | ||
