![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Is the paper towel in an airtight bag? If it is you are doing everything right. But i found that technique never worked for me. All i do is put them in a glass of water, and put it in a warm place (next to heater, hot water cupboard) In like 2 days they crack open then you plant them in your pot, but only 1/2 - 1 cm deep. Put plastic wrap over the top of your soil to keep moisture in, and put in a warm place, same as with the water. Hope that helps, Schmoke

![]() | I have 5 seeds on my router using the paper towel method in a small tin with tinfoil covering the top. The paper towels are pretty damp with one on bottom and one on top of the seeds. All five seeds cracked within 30 hours. Did you do something similar to that? Just wondering...but what strain are you growing?

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I had a similar problem earlier this grow...My solution was heat.....The Germination part of a plants life really thrives in warmer temps.....Like i was saying, i had the same troubles, and i stuck them in my clone dome, with the temps and moisture up, and the next day they had sprouted. Im not saying this will happen to you, but i would reccomend no light, high temps(low 80s), and high lot of moisture. TG

![]() | I'll share my germination experience with you. I put about 15 seeds in a paper towel and put it in a tupperware container with a nice handtowel overtop. Now I put them under my sink for a week and a half and nothing happened, I then learned that seeds need lots and lots of WARMTH. I then put them ontop of my computer monitor where its nice and warm and within 5 hours the seeds cracked and I planted them. So they should germinate if you have 1.Moisture 2.Darkness 3. WARMTH!!!!!

I have used the paper towel method many times and have had very good results. I have put the seads on a monitor and got good results but i prefer opening my computer tower case and putting them on the inside of the bottom then closing the case and you have a very well heated germination box. For even more warmth you can try unplugging your fan to give it a boost in the temperature if it is not warm enough all ready. CC
