Last week I germinated 5 seeds, one of them grew to about 1/2 inch but the rest were just little tiny taproots. I planted them all into a container of perlite and put them under 80 watts of flouros on 23 hour lighting. The 1/2 inch seedling has two little leaves now but the rest still weren't popping up so I dug them up only to find that the taproot had shrunk. Is it ok to put them back into germination stage without hurting them?

 | You can try it - but I think it's unlikely it'll work. My guess is once they've germinated, if they don't sprout - they're dead. But try it - and tell us if it works!  SuperJJ85

| Well they weren't dried out so maybe it'll work  They're on top of my monitor now and hopefully in the morning there will be 1/2 inch taproots!

| SuperJJ85: You were right. The seeds arent dead...but not going anywhere so I guess I'll start another 3 or so  The good news is the one plant that did work is starting to grow the second set of leaves!!!
