I started a grow months back using the biggest, fattest seeds i had first. Now i want to start from seed with the rest i have left but i would like a little advice on these seeds. Like i said the ones i used first were the biggest most plump ones. The seeds i have left are probably half that size, but still look good. nice color, little tiger stripes, dont pop when i squeeze em etc. Will these smaller seeds produce smaller plants? Im no pro but i can tell viable seed when i see it. does seed size determine plant size? PDB

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | No, seed size won't matter, they just need to be viable. The fresher, the better. We are growing some nice size plants with some even nicer size colas and the seeds they started from were tiny and totally white. We paid quite a bit to buy them from a seedbank -- $15 a seed. But the predictable results have been well-worth it; the branches are bowing under the weight of the buds. As was already said, nature and nurture play the biggest roles in plant health. How did you come about your seeds?

![]() My seeds are Isis, a feminised version of Haze. Since the backcross process they use when feminising usually involves forcing male pollen out of the mother, I'm not surprised they are small and pale. ![]()
