Question Why wont it Sprout??

I just don't get it, I've been watering my germinated seed everyday and been keeping it under a 12/12 light cycle and it just wont sprout. It's been 2 weeks and nothing, I mean I pissed in it and everything.

You added pee to the plant?
There is not a 100% chance of a plant sprouting, many things could go wrong. You need to explain more about your growing environment to really get any good help(lights, growspace, temp, humidity, soil, etc.)

In my opinion, if it has been 2 weeks, your seedling is probably dead by now.

First, sprouting seeds is best done under 24/0 lighting. You want light on the seedling as soon as is above ground.

Dont water daily. Water the soil before you put the seed in it. Dig a small hole in the center of the pot and drop a seed in, recover lightly with soil. Place a sandwhich baggie over the ( I use solo cups) cup. Daily remove and replace the bag until the sprout shows up. At that time you can remove the bag. the bag works as a humidity dome.

Keep temps 70-85 deg

Urine can be used to feed your plants, but only in small quantities. Like 2-5ml per gallon. Going over that and you can overfert, or even kill your plants. In the future, the pot your piss should go in is the toilet. Spend the money and get a bottle of alaskan fish ferts 5-1-1 and use it every other water. Your plants will thank you

like i didnt piss directly on the plants, i mixed it in with some water. makes the plant more potent as there is THC in my piss.
