Has anyone ever heard of soaking seeds in H2O2 for about an hour before direct planting, or any variation of using H2O2 for germination?

| Never heard of it.. but some might try it.  Perhaps some might use some diluted H2O2 to fight off molding issues.. but diluted bleach would work just as well for that. H2O2 will attack roots.. so I don't think I'd recommend it for a germination medium.   PFR

| Something so simple as gerning a seed.. why make it complicated or take chances on losing your beans? Tried and true methods..... Peace and Happy New Year! OD

| Use H2O not H2O2.
