Ace21dlr is beginning to sprout.
Should I be worried?

I recently germinated 12 seeds BC Big Bud...Paper towel method..Had 12 nice tongues after 4 days...I proceeded to put these into 2x2 rockwool cubes that had been flushed 24 hrs prior They are sitting on a bed of perlite on top of seedling heat mat...Its been 8 days now and only 2 have popped up to about 1 inch...nothing from other 10 yet...Should I be getting worried that I did something wrong/?

I had some similar trouble with some seedlings I recently planted in peat moss and perlite. Did you condition the rockwool with any nutrients? Are you using any nutrients at all ? If you are starting with inert medium, you will need to give it some food. Not much mind you, but something .. like a 1/2 tsp / gal of Fox Farm Grow Big or something simmilar.

Here is a small peice on Germination from the GrowFAQ

Good luck to you
