Nirvana Seeds?

I am wondering if Nirvana Seeds have a good germ. rate? I am ordering 10 NL#5*Big Bud from them and i have heard that sometimes they have a horrible germ. rate.

First I got 4/4, then I got 4/6. (NL) I've heard bad things, and I've heard good, regarding their quality. All I can say is, if Nirvana are crap, I'm really looking forward to the good stuff, because the buds from their seeds got me (and friends) totally blitzed.

I have heard mixed reports BUT the reports I trust from oldtime users on another system suggest Nirvana seeds have fairly good germination rates.... its consistency of product that is the problem.

Exactly as OZ said. They use F2 and F3 generations me thinks. If you want hybrid vigor and all those other great things that come with a F1, go with a more reputable seed breeder.

I have had some germination problems in the last 2 grows and seeds delivered in 10 days in the US. I am currently waiting for some soma "A" from them. It has been 14 days and the yellow light is on. 80 dollars for the 10 seeds is in jeapordy. anyone in the US think I am jumping the gun on the slow delivery? What seed banks do the pros use Ozgrowa? I want to give them my buisness.

Just germinated some more K2, WW, and NL from Nirvana, all 100% germinated in 24 hours.

As for vigor, K2 rock the house in that department a few grows back.

Some of Mau's work, is not just F2's, he does cross some of his stock with a skunk#1, and in NL he has. I don't think he gets the credit he deserves sometimes. People forget, he goes way back.

Also the misty grew well, with 100% germination as well.

Please dont post links to Overgrow here Spiritus Domini. Mau is surrounded in controversy, he may go way back but he has been embroiled in many scandals and has a dubious reputation, thats how I see it as a consumer who has read dozens of reports about his product. From a breeders perspctive he simply reproduces others work, in his Swiss fields. Crossing his own work with skunk#1 will make an f2, not an f1, his plants can be good if you are lucky to get a good pheno, thats the whole point, he is inconsistent.

When you say "Swiss fields" do you mean outdoor? The seeds they sell could have been pollinated by anything.

i just went to amsterdam and picked up 10 ww seeds from the nirvana company for 50 euros so when i decide to germinate them i report back and let ya'll know how it goes but just from a cosmetic view point they real good looking

Looks like I was too worried. I got the seeds after 16 days. They substituted lavender soma #10 for the soma a . Looks like it was a even steven deal. Germinating 1 hour after receiving seeds.
