![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Great post I will be trying this as soon as I get a UV light (I hope tomorrow). I can't so any real experimentation for about a month (when the next plants go into flower) but I do plan on experimenting with clones. The 5 hours in the middle of the day makes sense. That would be when the sun is the strongest during the day and I assume the UVb rays are too.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | This is a major development. Potency increase and all I have to do is add a few reptile lights. Cool... I sorta new this to be the case. I liked those maps cutting square through Los Angeles. This means ouddoor plants in SoCal will get more of the UVBs than our friendly neighbors Vancouver way. If this is the case then all ouddoor weed coming from Canada would be week s*it. I'm sure most BC bud is the indoor variety, I'm also surprised more indoor guys arn't scratching their heads right now wondering "What it was, what it is, what it could be........ | ||

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Well, it makes sense to me. I'm just trying to replicate as much sunlight as I can for my grow. There's UVb in sunlight, so why not see what adding it will do. I'll be throwing a 10.0 Reptisun compact fluoro into my ScroG when I start flowering and we shall see, since I have grow this strain before. peace

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I forget what they said in the video but do you think it would help using one in the veg cab too? I will be using one in my flower cab once I get new plants in there and I am thinking of adding one to my veg room now. ![]()

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I just watched the video. Very interesting. he said that there had been no experimentations with UV during veg, but it seemed to make sense that it wouldn't hurt, since the plants would normally be getting this kind of light anyway. Though I am not sure I would leave it on 24/7. Hmmm.. I may go out and look for one of these... reptile lights. It seems like an easy way to kick things up a notch. Go PotTV. Peace.
