Bad news (for me) gang, 4 out of 5 males. To add insult to injury, remember "the tall cowboy on the right" that I predicted was a male? Yup, it turned out to be the only female. Glad it was just bagseed. To be honest, I will try them again, the way I look at it, even if I used 30 bananas over the course of 2 or 3 grows, and it only influenced one plant to be female instead of male, that would pay for the cost of those bananas 10 times over. Going to drop some Nebula and Texada Timewarp in water tonight, hopefully I used up my bad luck on this bagseed , and maybe this grow will be predominately female. Wish me luck.

Banana has been under my 2 little AK47s in the bubbler for 4 days, and it's getting pretty blackened. It may not be a valid test, because seeds were from a bud's hermied AK (that had knockout bud). Cross your fingers    PS- they're 3 weeks old.

Good news so far my friends .... check it out here The plants are now 38 days from germination ... and were exposed to the infamous banana for about 2½ weeks. They are long gone now .. most likely frozen in the compost pile  16 bananas spread about 29 plants ... first in 12oz cups, then into 1g pots where they reside now. Magical Cabinet's post above caught my eye ... Quote:
