Good morning all ..... have an update on the gender status, and things are looking pretty good Of course I might be off on the count here +-1 ..... you know, having to count over 20 (fingers and toes ) seems to screw me up .... over and over again ..... anyway, this is how the cards fell:

Confirmed Females:
CC - 1
VTII - 2
HS x JF - 4
AK47 - 2
Hash Plant - 3
Blueberry - 6
SS - 1
total ................... 19

slaughtered males:
HS x JF - 4
Hash Plant - 1
AK47 - 3

undecided:
HS x JF - 1
AK47 - 1

I suspect the two remaining undecided plants will be female considering in my experience, males show sooner than females .... and we are at nearly seven weeks now

So ... 65% females, 28% males, 7% undecided.

or ..... if we look at it optimistically ... and the undecided are in fact procrastinating bitches
72% females, 28% males.

Thanks bc for starting this thread .... I'm convinced. This is the highest ratio I've ever had

Thanks folks!

I'm really glad so many people tried this experiment. Without you, I'd have wondered about my theory for years.

I'm sorry some of you got males despite the bananas. That just shows that the bananas only increase the chances of getting a female plant, they don't guarantee it.

To all you who want females - Happy 'Nannering & good luck!

Private Citizen is beginning to sprout.

Am I supposed to use male bannanas or female bannanas?

Actually the hermy bananas work best. They cost a bit more though.

jdubya has blossomed.jdubya has blossomed.jdubya has blossomed.jdubya has blossomed.jdubya has blossomed.

Banana's are fruit...so therefore they would be female...right?

Just like Marijuana puts out Bud for females...or a flower as some call it.

The male puts out balls and pollen.
