I have used only coffee to water a plant from seed (some bagseed) I have found it to be alot thicker and stalkier than any others I have grown. I have 2 plants from this particular bag right now One receives only leftover coffee the other one only tap water (tap water one is a clone). Both are under 3 - 23watt CFLS. The one with tap water has grown taller and thinner. they are just going in to flower. I started them both the middle of July... Neither will receive any other nutes My goal is to figure out if a) the "coffee" plant will burn b) if the nitrogen alone will make a better plant. and c) if it will taste different... (jeeze, now that I have said all this I hope "coffee" is a girl......  More to come on the topic. I cannot for the life of me find my camera but pics will follow (hopefully)

| Well my experiment is well underway... No sign yet if its going to be "coffee Queen" of "Coffee the Queen" If it IS Coffee the Queen at least I will be able to use the pollen. I have a feeling it is a girl (fingers crossed) because she is so short and robust!! I have noticed in the few days they have been going, that growth is far better in Coffee than in "Tappie"

| Here are a few pics of my "experiment" although as the title says it is just anecdotal and not very scientific. The Queen...   And then there is sad ol' Tappie....   Tappie was LST'd because she was so lanky... RP
