I must politely disagree with P3 here...
I have been makeing HashOil extractions for many years, I've enjoyed BHO, but that can get a bit expensive, and be a hassle to get good Butane.
I've made QWISO (Quick Wash ISO) with both 91% and 99% ISO and in my experience the 91% does take about 5 more minutes to evaporate off. but I did not find it to be any less quality Plus the 91% can be bought off the shelf.

Well I was on the hemp oil for 5 months. It did NOT get rid of my kidney cysts.

Have neck lymph node mets. Recurrence from ER+ breast cancer in 2002 which was caused by taking horse hormones for 9 years. Did hemp oil for 5 months. Tumors shrank somewhat.

I am so glad you made it here. I was worried about you! With the Phoenixtears forums being down I didnt know how to get ahold of anyone from there. Are you still on the oil Dane? Are you still going to try the laser treatments? How is everything else going for you with the cancer? Any improvements? hi, just found this site yesterday after PT site went down. I was trying to get caught up on this thread but that will take a bit of time are people still posting their journeys on oil here, I started 2 1/2 weeks ago to help cure astrocytoma brain tumor... is there where I should post as I go, cuz I could use some people to talk to...

Hi Plant and Welcome to the Garden. I'm glad you found this thread. Please do fill us in as you go, this ids DEF the place you can do this. Unfortunatly, there are few people here who have tried a full treatment as per RS instructions. Actually, I don't know of 1 person from this actaul site? A few people have tried some Butane Honey Oil and I believe a few have attempted to make it exactly as Rick suggested, just not very many updates here? There is another site with a few more people on the treatment. Here is a link to one of the threads Healing Hemp Oil Experiment - GreenPassion.org - Dedicated to Medicinal Cannabis Cultivation and Education. and on that site there are about 10 other threads talking about it. Please feel free to discuss any updates you may have. We would love to hear from you. There are probally more people at GP with more expertise/experience in this area though.

Well I will try to do my best at sharing my story. I will start by saying that I became a Vegan in Dec of 09, had frequency and energy therapy in April down in Ecuador for 6 weeks, I did have a lot of energy. What came out of that was after an MRI, I do not have any new lesions, but the tumor grew about 5%. Saw a doctor here in town about Proton Therapy, so i am now a part of a Scientific Research with hemp oil and Proton Therapy, I started oil 2 1/2 weekds ago and I start Proton therapy tomorrow.
The think that is happening now, is that I feel on edge a lot. Could be oil, don't know. sometimes I feel really high like 4 hours after i take a dose, like I can't sit still , i get jittery. is that normal getting use to the oil? I thought I was suppose to sleep a lot, i dont' sleep at all during day. Thank God i sleep at night. so that is my first question, is the jitters normal?

As for your ?, I would say yes to feeling a bit jittery at first, I think it also has to do with the Cannibus the Oil is made from. Just like some smoke will give you an "up" High, and some a "couch-Lock"

Plant, EZ is right.
Do you know what strain the oil was made from? An indica or sativa? RS Suggests an indica stain for helping with cancer. It is supposed to make you tired and able to sleep/heal. A sativa strain is supposed to give you energy, and make you want to get up moving around. This is not what RS recomends. He suggest you get an indica strain that will keep you in bed- letting your body get all the rest it needs to start a healing process. Maybe your oil is a sativa strain wich I noticed can start to cause some anxiety in people. More so in NON-Tokers. Did you ever smoke MJ before taking the oil?

Is this Oil treatment being monitored by a doctor? Whats his oppinion on it (If he knows?)

The most important thing is to try to relax! There are some teas that can help to take the edge off, and there are some forms of relaxation therapy that can help too. Just remember, MJ is a safe, natural, non-toxic form of medicine. Knowing that might put your mind at ease a bit more. Are you making your own oil? If so, what extraction process are you using?

Again, THANK YOU for sharing your story- and GOOD LUCK in your recovery! Your courage is admirable, and your determination to get healed is so inspiring. I hope and pray you find some of the answers you are seeking, and that you can start to relax and feel better.

Thank you for replying so quickly, ok heres the deal, I know Rick suggests Indica and I was going to go with that until I read the clinical trial reports from Madrid Spain on the 2 cancer patients with brain tumors, they used Sativa in the clinical trials and it killed the cancer cells, so I thought well if it worked for them maybe Sativa should be the way to go. i wasn't worried about being high or low I was concerned about it working. Unfortunately I'm not just High, I'm jittry and on edge, i tood it at 830 this morning and its 230 now and I'm still feeling it. So, I just called where I get it from and told them, I think I would like to mix a little indica stran with it. I'm not just High, I'm on edge, instead of 3 doses today i will only take 2. Hopefully get a new stran made quickly so it will stay up with my proton therapy.

So do you think my body will adapt to the oil and th jitters will go away??? I do sleep at night, not all the way through, usually up once or twice a night then up at 7 for the whole day. I would like to sleep more
