![]() | I've always dreamt of creating it.. a new species of fruiting moss, fruiting with herb like fruit.. maybe it could be possible with tissue culture/micropropagation techniques. then there's that one technique for creating haploid plants.. i wonder what haploid cannabis plants would be like. far, far distant future until we see the day that i am researching cannabis in tissue culture, making haploid plants, and doubling their chromosomes for research purposes. for the time being, maybe something simpler. I wonder what would happen if somebody followed this recipe, How to Make Moss Graffiti - wikiHow , substituting fresh herb trimmings for the moss. somebody should beat me to it, preferably someone who has experience growing mushrooms or mosses, or experience with plant tissue culture. I mention shrooms because of the sterile conditions required. If you create CannaMoss, you are entitled to name it whatever you want! of course, i am putting this in theories and speculation because i've never heard of anybody even trying to make a new species of moss, and I am lacking pretty much all of the ingredients except sugar and water, so I can't really attempt an experiment right now, but for someone who trims their plants and needs some ideas about what to do with unused trimmings, this should be a high priority.. who wouldn't want a micro herb farm, a psychoactive chia pet.. the possibilities are endless! | ||

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | step away from the bong... your haploid thing would be cool but tissue culture just makes a normal mj clone from a few cells. it would be no different from the plants you took said cells from. i forgot what the scientific term is but any one cell in a plant has all the DNA needed to make an entire plant. but it would just be a clone. unless some mutation happened during the process...
