![]() | Hi, For some reason my plants grow much faster in the afternoon than at late night/early morning. I usually keep the same temp at all times, so this couldn't be a factor. ?do plants have a biological clock for growing?

![]() | hey, that plant is just like me!!! the only time i ever do any work is in the afternoon. late night i'd rather be smokin' and early morning i cant get out of bed. Perhaps the plant is "waking up" slowly to the timming of the light going on and "going to bed" when it thinks the light will go off soon

![]() | that is normal. The general scheme for a C3 plant is that is spends the day making sugars during the day and burning those sugars at night. You may be seeing the effects of the night before, with all the ATP and NADH that was created through respriration the night before going to work. Just a thought, but like everyone says, if they are growing, no worries.
