I was wondering if diffrent strains of cannabis grow diffrently at diffrent PH levels. Do diffrent soils from around the world have diffrent PH levels? For instance seeds that come from Africa will they grow more effeciently in a PH that is more native to Africa? Or maybe Matanuska Tundra grows better in soil more like that in Alaska? What do you guys think?

Hmm. that's a tough question.

My instinct would be that pH wouldn't be so much of an issue, because pH levels are not stable to an entire region. pH only has to do with the relative acidity or alkalinity of soil, and levels can differ in 2 spots that are 10 feet away from one another, let alone in different countries.

There might be a difference if you could somehow figure out the soil profile of an area and try to duplicate it. However, that too can vary pretty widely. My take is that the most important factors are amount and intensity of sunlight and local weather conditions, which you're going to have a difficult time reproducing, especially if you're growing outdoors.
