![]() | hello, i had a intersting idea... so i fouled through and it is working great. I tool 3 cups of distiled watter and attded a half of a cup of selser water w/o sodium added in it... and then put one cap full of 20-20-20 grow start liquid stuff. i germinated my seed with it and i had about 2" tap roots in about 3 days. after that i planted them and not they are about 4" out of the soil, with an amazing growth rate of about 3/4" to 1" a day. lights are on 24/7 and they are lookin great. someone try out that mixture and get back to me and tell me how they are doin... i am pretty sure that thius mixture can be use at any point of growth and it will work great. Thanks.

![]() | Plants don't uptake CO2 in the roots, they simply don't have the enzymes there. As nice as seltzer water is, the scenario you just described has nothing to do with the water. Small plants don't need any more nutrients than are in a glass of average tapwater. The seed has all the nutes it needs until it's first set of real leaves. Fun idea, but not nessacary. | ||
