![]() | Anyone have any ideas on what this could be? I've seen a plant that is short, bushy, purple-stemmed, high yellow in color and THREE LEAVES on every single branch of the plant. The branches also seem to grow at awkward angles as well, in an extreme way. Buzz is great. Anyone ever seen anything like this or maybe know what strain it is? -miss tea

![]() | If you are talking about three leaves coming out from each node, then yes, I have seen it. it is just a mutation, and is actually quite common among dicots with opposite phyllotaxy. I think it can happen with any strain, and does not segregate in breeding. May be a developmental mistake instead of a genetic trait. I am not sure what causes it, or if anyone knows, but it would seem that with such a thing in MJ, you would get three branches from each node if you topped. That is good. ![]()

![]() | Had one branch on a clone that looked like two branches fused together (was kind of a 8 shape) this branch was getting four leaves at each point and hence four branches. Looked really cool so i used that branch for a next generation clone....yet to see how it works out as is still rooting at this point. ![]() Phantom Ghost Who Smokes
