keep those pics comin... what kind of yeild are you expecting frm this one CC? i want to set up a cabinet similar to yours w/ a veg/clone chamber on top... i am going to build an aero tube hydro setup with 3-6 plants depending on exact specifications...

i will def go for ScrOG because i want maximum yield me roomy and i have a healthy 1/8 a day habit so hopefully if my 50+ hours of researching and the help of the community here i will have some nice stuff!

The reason "home-grown" is no longer synonymous with "schwag" is because of the control indoor growers have over the plant environment. Over the last few decades, we have learned what the near-ideal environment is for MJ cultivation. To paraphrase a genious, "We stand on the shoulders of giants".

Looks great. I have always wanted to try scrOG and I will once I get the mothers I want. I have a few questions though.

1) doesn't this make maintance a pain? How do you add or remove the nutes to your setup?

2) do you loose techronomes from pulling the bud trough the screen at harvest? Or do you just snip the bud off at the screen?

I am sorry but I am a newbie and I was just wondering what is the real advantage of using the scrog technique? And what happens when you train MJ that you get this advantage? (assuming there is a great advantage?

To put it simply...

...more buds per sq ft. You are optimizing the space available to you. ScroG is best suited for gardens under 9 sq ft. Anything more than that and the same results can be accomplished by free standing plants.

You have some of the best information garnered from this site. I tip my hat to you. Almost every post has some tidbit for the trained eye. I will be hanging around for a while. Thanks for sharing....

"I stand on the shoulders of giants." That's kind of funny. The statement might have been made to poke fun at one of his critics(who was a dwarf).

If you get a chance could you stop by my GJ and gimme a kick in the right direction, I am going back and forth between ScrOG and supercropping-LST........
