![]() | ok I decided to start a thread about the FIM that I did to my plants in hopes of helping anyone that is as confused as I was for so long about how its done. The first pic is a closeup of the growtip before I cut. And the second pic is a closeup of the growtip after I cut. Anybody see anything wrong with what I did? Thanks a bunch all hempdoctor ![]()

I got shown how to cut at 45 dogrees and chop 2/3rds of the tip off but at a 45 degree angle down. still leaves the 10% and seems to have a higher multitip rate say 75 %. Old bush hippie trick

So basically whats the difference between topping and FIM? Thats what I have been doing. Everytime I see new growth like that, I spread apart leaves an cut off the whole thing, and two grows back in its place. So if you cut off 2/3rds and at a 45 degree angle you'll grow back more than two?

![]() | Can anyone tell me what FIM stands for? Thanks. Also, I tried this technique with one of my mother plants and I was surprised to see my plant turn into a bush while the others looked more like christmas trees or so. Thanks Hemp Doctor. cRAzY ![]()
