![]() | Did you happen to weigh your smokable after you harvested? How much did you get? Also how many weeks of Veg growth total before you started to flower? Just curious because I'm in week 5 of veg and not sure when to switch to flowering? Help!! Thanks!

![]() | One problem with your nature analogy...... the plant got stuck in LST cuz of the stupid bear, and I'm betting was stuck there for good... she didn't get let up for a bit, then knocked back down again. Not that it really matters, anyways. One other thing... isn't it more stressful for the plants to be repeatedly changing position... tied down, let up, tied down, let up, etc. K T

![]() | I'm doing this same thing right now, growing one plant using LST, under a 400 watt HPS. Can anyone here make a guess as to the sativa/indica influence?? I think this plant has a nice sativa influence so it's a slow grower... This is a pic of her the other day, end of the 2nd week of flowering. Used some Alaska Fish Emulsion during vegging, vegged for about 6 weeks. I just fed her for the first time since she started flowering, Shultz 10-60-10. I'll post an updated pic tonight (she's on her dark cycle right now)

![]() | Seems like a 50/50 hybrid. Give or take a bit. Might lean a bit towards sativa tho.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Now For The Questions Quote:
I suppose in an ideal setup, one would have automated flushing, where the plant never had to move. You could leave her bound, and readjust ties as she grew. Then wait till the last week or so to let up totally. But your going to have to acquire the skill of reading what she wants. "Leaf Reading" She always says exactly what she wants/needs, and your going to simply learn how to accommodate her needs. --- Quote:
It could be many things. Light intensity, plant strain, experience/technique, fertigation, and environment/temperature. Attach a pic if you would like to, ill help if I can. ---- Quote:

Things like this though, strengthen her. You can see how she responds. Not the same I know, but similar to human muscle. Gets broken down some, and grows back stronger. The crown is quite large by the end. Can uptake more quicker, more resistant to the elements etc etc. --- Quote:
Certainly a mutt, but then, most are. good luck with that. --- Quote:
Next? Yea, I suppose I cant wait either, ill be sure to document it also.

mymusicveins, when is a good time to start training. My plants are 3 weeks old but not very tall. They are quite bushy and are still branching out in pairs. My light is pretty bright so I don't have alot of stem to work with since I didn't get alot of stretch. Any help would make my day.... franco

![]() | Im using 400watts MH at about 18 in. The plants are quite bushy and only about 8 in tall. They are in gal pots and the plants fill almost the entire circumference of the pots. There looks to be alot of potential for secondary growth if I can get them to lay down except for being so short. franco
