Hi Guys & Gals, This was my first post, but i put it on the ScroG board as i didn't notice this one I hope i havn't broke any rules or upset anyone by reposting here (i thought i'd get a better resopnse) First, a bit about me & my grow.... I've been growing indoors under a 400w NAV-T (SON-T plus) for +2years, I switched to a NFT Hydro setup on my second grow. My space is a purpose built 5'x2.5' x5'high lightproof box with in+exh fans on a thermostat, lined with polystyrene celing tiles for good reflection & heat barrier. I also use a clone box which was originally a flatpack kitchen base unit cupboard with 4x18w flouros mounted vertically (accomodates 16 girls in rockwool blocks until they're ready for the flowering box or until the box is ready for them, depends on the timing) M.O. 8 girls on 18/6 (sensi star & Durbon mixed) into the main box until the roots form a mat on the NFT tray (2-3 weeks, depends how long in the flo box) topping the bigger/quicker stems, some for new girls as & when, then soon after 12/12 got a screen of chicken wire at 18", when the girls reach the screen; bend & tie as usual Scrog. usual Scrog maintenance up to 13 weeks then crop & sterilise to re-setup main box. A bug free crop usually gets me 20-25 oz dried weight per 13-14 weeks, but i've not had a bug free crop for 9 months My last crop produced 15oz due to the spidermites (buggers killed all me big leaves in a week b4 i got em 6 weeks into flower) then i got these little things livning on my roots, they look like thrips but without the wings, they eat all the fine hairs off the roots and I ain't found out what they are yet (if anyone could post on this subject i would appriciate it) my usual pesticide gets em but they always come back......within 2 weeks I'd be interested to know how my yealds compare, if i can make any improvements to the setup (except for making it bigger, thats on me wishlist) or if a particular strain is a bigger yealder in similar conditions. Love the new terminology....FIM been topping like this for ages, didn't even know it had a name appologies for the long post, been quiet 4 2 long Regards HydroSan Wishlist: Much bigger growspace a captive star for a lightsource to understand the secret of the universe that is supercropping ![]() one of those electric trimmers (scissors give me blisters) another two of those electric trimmers ![]()

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Hi Smokinrav, with this supercropping (twisting) malarkey, in a ScroG setup, would you twist the main stems before they reach the screen or twist all the off shoots from the main stem that develop once the main stems have been tied down or both I can see the advantages of stronger stems but wondered how far to take it.Scanning the SroG board it seems my screen set at 18" may be a little high 6"-10" seems the norm, if I lowered it, I may save a couple of days but leave even less room under the canopy to work. what height would you say is the norm? or am I just wasting time in veg. how does 2.5oz dried per plant compare to the average, is there an average? Basically I'm wonderin if I'm any good, as I've not got anything to compare yealds with and I can't look it up in gardeners weekly San
