Welcome to the first of many series to come of my Cannabis Chronicals!

Hello, I guess I should tell you a little about myself. My name is Brent-you can call me Blazen-, I am a 21 year old from sunny south Florida. I have been growing herb since I was in 9th grade (14 years old) along with my brother. We started out planting seeds that we extracted from purchased herb, in an attempt to grow our own beloved "maryjane". We had planted organiclly in normal soil found in our backyard. This however proved unsuccessful! Not to be discourged we rounded up more seeds and made a second attempt, this again proved unsuccessful. We searched the internet for sites inquiring about medicinal plant growth. We found a few and experimented with the advice they gave. We then planted in rows, 5 rows of 3/3 rows of 5, at a place outside our home where there was a light for house accents (thus giving it 24 hour light)--however you want to invision it. Then watered till soil was damp to the touch. We then left the plants to sit for a day or two until we watered again. Now we were watering every 12 hours for 2 1/2 weeks, (Germenation Stage). After the 2 1/2 weeks were up the height was around 3 1/2" - 4" we slowed the watering to around once ever 4-5 days - depending on the dampness of the soil. (The soil is part sand, providing ventilation for the roots) This went on for 8 weeks (Vegitative Stage). By the time this stage was done the plants were well on their way. (75 DAYS ENCOUNTING[Plant Height: Approx: 1' 6") Next we were prepared for the Flowering Stage. This is when you should know whether your plant is a male or female. Females have Pistils.... if you know what they are. The flowering stage can go on as long as you want it to...pruning time is up to you. (Just a note: when your outer leaves start to turn yellow and fall off, thats time to prune)

Things come to mind when I decide to grow some more weed...
1) How Tall?
2) How Potent?
3) How long of Yield?
4) How Much? <--- Good one to consider
5) To share, or not to share?

Designing a specific breed of "super herb" is tough, you have to first acquire the many seeds (male) of the plants you are wanting to create. Designing the plant to be more potent takes the longest. Heres a brief summary of the process.

This is a simulated design:
White Rhino :MALE: + Hydro Fire :MALE: >---> Regs :FEMALE:
(((SEEDS THEN ACCQUIRED FROM FEMALE WILL BE POTENT WITH W.R. and H.F.))) The process must be repeated many times to gain a super weed.... Well Im still making mine, I'm on the 4th stage of regrowth/transfer!!! =) MY SH*T IS GOOOD

I don't understand much of what you posted in these two posts.....and no, you can't get female by mixing two males' "seeds"....this is by far one of the more confusing and possibly (no flame!) incorrect posts I've read in a while....this should also probably be in "grow diaries".....

Its not "mixing" two male seeds, it's the combining of the genes by fertilizing a female with two male. (It takes a while)

wel technically, you can't "combine" genes of two males---without some gene splicing---you will, however get 2 different types of seeds---1 a mix of your 1st male w/ the female, and another a mix of the second male w/ the female.

Thats basiclly what I have been trying to say, just that I dont know whether others could understand it in my first post.

::My plants that I have been growing (new ones of the own design) have been doing poorly, I am not sure if the breed needs a bit more of some nutrient, or water, more heat/light... I will continue to experiment while the plants are still alive. (Good thing I can still pull off about 1/8 of what I got on it now.)
