can over watering cause plants to slow the growth because i have'nt waterd in 3 days and they all most doubled overnightbut i changed my lighting from 16/8 to 18/6 also so do you think i should use less water has any of you guys used them soil moister gauges? do they work?? | ||

Wait till it is dry an inch and a half down. Also when plants need water they will look thirsty. By letting the water drain out the plants are forced to probe the soil looking for water, thus giving them a better root system early on. When you water keep pouring water till it comes out the bottom then wait for 2-5 days. I usually go 4 days before watering. Make sure you use distilled water too. later, KP | ||
